We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of our products purchased directly from happybabycarriers.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price not including any shipping fees.  All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

Please note that cosmetic issues are not covered under warranty. These can include, but are not limited to linen nubs or scuffs in the leather. Our carriers are handmade and may have slight variations in measurements and/or stitching.

We strongly believe that our baby wraps and baby carriers work well for all shapes and sizes. Please take a moment to review our instructions (or arrange a free consultation with our certified babywearing educator) before proceeding with a return request. We’re always happy to help and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item, please email us at info@happybabycarriers.com to receive your return authorization. Please note the following: items must be unused, with the registration tags still intact and returned in the original packaging. Returns cannot be accepted if the registration tag has been removed.

Returns from within the US: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please email info@happybabycarriers.com for the return address. A $2 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. A note with your original order number must be inside of the package in order for the return to be processed. We highly recommend paying for shipping insurance when you ship your carrier to us, as we are not responsible for lost carriers in transit to us.

International returns: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please email info@happybabycarriers.com for the return address.

Once we receive the item back, please allow up to two weeks for us to inspect the item and issue a refund. It will usually take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card after the return is processed.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your order, please email us to make arrangements.  We will ship your new item once we have received and inspected the carrier. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If you purchased your wrap or carrier from a retail partner, you are subject to their return policies.

RESTOCKING FEES

If an item is found to have been used or does not include your name or order number, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will check for things like tags intact, pet hair, perfume or fabric softener, spit up, etc or damage (e.g. warning label removed, tears, etc.).
