Happy Baby sews all of our products locally often employing stay at home sewists to sew. Our wraps and carriers are all handmade with love. We strive to make a quality product that is both beautiful and functional. While we try our best to make sure that each product we send out meets our high standard of quality, there is always the possibility that an issue may occasionally arise. Our customers are so important to us and we always want to try to make it right. We offer a limited warranty on all of our products against defects in workmanship.

Please be sure to review our safety tips included in our manual and found here. Always inspect the condition of the carrier and wrap thoroughly before each use paying extra attention to buckles, sliders and attachment seams. Do not use the baby carrier or wrap unless it is sound. When adjusting the carrier or wrap, always keep one hand on the baby.

WARRANTY COVERAGE: Normal wear and tear, which is any damage that occurs from regular use, is not covered under warranty. Minor size differences and sewing variances are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty. Fabric nubs, knots, and/or flaws (which are common and normal in natural fiber textiles), fabric fading, dye transfer, and color variation due to dye lots are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty. If you want to return your item because of a cosmetic issue, you may do so as long as your product qualifies.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by a baby chewing on the carrier, misuse or any use of the carrier that is not in accordance with the instructions stated in the manual. Snags or rips in the fabric from outside forces are NOT covered under warranty. 

Failure to follow our recommended washing instructions may result in damage to the product, which can compromise its integrity and can accelerate the breakdown of the natural fibers. Damage resulting from improper care or cleaning is NOT covered under warranty. We reserve the sole right to confirm the cause of damage by way of inspection of the item.

Textiles made with natural fibers may contain knots, nubs and slubs in the fabric. Picking at the slubs in the fabric or the stitching threads on the carrier will not be covered under the warranty.

Warranty coverage does not extend to any carrier that has been modified from its original construction in ANY way (including but not limited to overlays, dyeing, embroidery, repairs, etc).

Should an issue arise where there is a structural defect we will repair the carrier free of charge during the first 12 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is necessary and product must be returned for warranty service. Should you have a warranty claim, please contact us here and let us know.

The Happy Baby linen carrier is covered for one year from date of purchase. The Happy Baby wrap is covered for 90 days from date of purchase. The Happy Baby doll carrier is covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns may be approved on any unused items within 30 days of receipt.

Items outside of the warranty can often be repaired for an additional cost. Please email us for more information.

SHIPPING: We gladly ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes and/or duties that may be incurred. Happy Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Additional shipping insurance coverage is available.
