All Happy Baby carriers are made with natural fiber and eco-friendly textiles such as linen, cotton, hemp & Tencel irrespective of any fasteners, labels, foam, etc.

Carriers should be washed as needed. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, with like colors. Remove immediately when wash is done, do not let it soak or stay wet. Lay flat to dry.

Do not use detergent that contains optical brighteners, enzymes or lye. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not dryclean. Do not bleach. Some slight shrinkage may occur.

We also recommend using a mesh laundry bag when washing for additional protection, and make sure to avoid washing with things like sharp zippers that may cause snagging, etc.
