We will gladly ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for any duties and/or taxes that you may incur.

Where else can I buy a Happy baby carrier?

Happy baby carriers are available to purchase through many local retailers. Check back soon to find a list of retailers in your area. If you are interested in becoming a wholesaler, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

We are a very small company but work hard to ship all in stock items within 2 - 3 business days after ordering (except on weekends or holidays). During launches or sales it can take longer to ship due to a larger number of orders. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs delays and fees.

My tracking information says my package has been delivered but I haven’t received it. What can I do?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office as soon as possible to see if they can offer any support in locating the package.
