Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of our products purchased directly from happybabywrap.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. (Partial returns on the Happy Baby Bundle are prorated due to the discounted price.) All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. However, if you are exchanging your item we will re-ship your new item, within the U.S., via standard rate shipping at no additional charge to you.
If you purchased your wrap or carrier from a retail partner, you are subject to their return policies.
Please note that cosmetic issues are not covered under warranty.
We strongly believe that our baby wraps and baby carriers work well for all shapes and sizes. Please take a moment to review our troubleshooting guide (or arrange a consultation with our certified babywearing educator) before proceeding with a return request. We’re always happy to help and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you want to proceed with a return, please note the following: items must be unused, with the registration tags still intact and returned in the original packaging. Once we receive the item back, please allow up to two weeks for us to inspect the item and issue a refund. It will usually take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned.
If an item is found to have been used, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will check for things like tags intact, pet hair, perfume or fabric softener, spit up, etc or damage (e.g. warning label removed, tears, etc.).
